The booking was Mac Allister's fifth of the season. As such, he will serve a one-match suspension. He'll be available again when Liverpool host Fulham on December 14.
Mac Allister is now set for a mini break after picking up a suspension in the Champions League as well. He'll miss the game against Girona on Tuesday, having received three bookings in Europe.
Mac Allister will be hoping to improve upon his disciplinary record upon his return to action; Premier League players receive a two-match ban if they receive 10 yellow cards in the first 32 games of the season. The Argentinian is already halfway there.
