According to Mundo Deportivo, Kounde has been working on his punctuality but has recently devised a new method to avoid running late for team meetings. He has reportedly told some of the team's security staff to give him 15-minute warnings before Flick is due to gather with his squad.
Kounde's new plan comes at the right time for Barcelona, who won't want any of their key performers missing for a crunch run of fixtures. La Blaugrana have their two clashes with Inter in the Champions League before they face El Clasico rivals Real Madrid as they bid to wrap up the La Liga title.
Wednesday night sees Barcelona host Inter in the first leg of their semi-final. While Kounde is expected to be named in Flick's starting XI after scoring the winner in the Copa del Rey final, they'll have to make do without key striker Robert Lewandowski who has a hamstring blow.
